At Thrive Thrust Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our cancellation policy for both domestic and international trips below.


Domestic Trip Cancellation Policy
  • A cancellation charge of β‚Ή700 per person will be applicable for all domestic trip cancellations.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days, after deducting the cancellation charge and any non-refundable components (e.g., hotel or transport bookings).

  • If the trip includes third-party services (like hotels or airlines), their individual cancellation policies will also apply in addition to our fee.


International Trip Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation charge of β‚Ή1000 per person will be applicable for all international trip cancellations.

  • All cancellations should be formally requested via email or official channels.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 10–15 working days, after deducting the cancellation fee and any non-refundable components.

  • Additional third-party cancellation policies (e.g., visa services, hotels, or international airlines) will also be enforced, wherever applicable.


Important Notes

  • Cancellation charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

  • In case of no-show or cancellation after the scheduled departure time, no refund will be provided.

  • We strongly recommend travelers to consider travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.

  • Custom or group tour cancellations may be subject to separate terms, which will be communicated during booking.
